Montessori Christian School
Our free school for the children of Ndirande serves 80 children. Our children are referred to our school by the Early Childhood Centers as the most needy children. We serve children ages 2 years to 12 years.
We have a free Nursery School and Primary School until Standard 5.
In a Montessori School we like to have lots of materials for learning & we support children to learn at their own pace.

We have another school where children can afford to pay. Their fees help support all our programs for the needy children from Ndirande.

EDUCATIONAL OUTREACH TO EARLY CHILDHOOD DEVELOPMENT CENTERS
There are many young children in Ndirande to help, so we support 11 schools (over 500 children) by training the teachers how to teach beginning Reading and Math Skills. We also teach the teachers how to make materials for learning.
We also paint the walls of these schools with art work to help the children learn things, like the ABCs, numbers, and shapes.
SPECIAL NEEDS PROGRAM
In Ndirande, we have children who have physical challenges. We help 21 families with basic needs and provide simple therapy and encouragement for their children.
Montessori Training Center
One way we help more children is by training their teachers! We provide a whole range of Montessori Early Childhood Education Course and Special Education Course for the community.
Every year 275-300 Teachers participate in our teaching programs.
The adult students in our programs apply their skills with children at 5 different schools as Practicum Sites.
